Q: I am currently testing with the free version and plan on making the purchase once I have proven that it will meet my needs. I have one problem - it doesn't not work on an IPhone 4 (ver 6.1.3) and on an Android Phone (ver 4.1.2). Any idea?
A: Maximal resolution for iPhone (and Android smartphones) is 640x480px. So, if your
video has too big resolution, it'll not play. It's not a bug or problem of EasyHTML5Video
app. It's hardware restriction of smartphones. Please, check it.
