Html5 web video converter shows "No video with supported format and MIME type found." message in Firefox

Q: I just bought your Easy HTML5 Video product - it's great!

Quick question: I have uploaded my video to my site and it works great everywhere, except on Firefox (v. 14). It gives me the following message:

"No video with supported format and MIME type found."

Any suggestions?

A: Firefox browser plays video in .webm format. So, make sure that you uploaded .webm file on your server.

* If you use Apache server, make sure that you uploaded .htaccess file generated with EasyHTML5Video on your server.

* If you use Windows server, please use instruction below:

EasyHTML5Video works for me but no .htaccess file is generated. If it is, where?

Actually, .htaccess file is system file. So, possible, it's invisible file.
