Q: I purchase your easy html5 video convertor. It's not working when i try to play the video on firefox.
I don't know what to do, i thought it was supposed to encode video to play on firefox it listed firefox as a compatible browser when i was in your program encoding my video.
I found in your FAQ that I need to upload .htaccess file (I use Apache server). I don't see an .htaccess file in the folder that html5 generated.
Will it only generate if i publish directly to my server? I published the files directly to a folder on my computer.

A: ".htaccess" file should be generated always. There is no any difference what publishing method you use. Possibly, this file is hidden and you don't see it. Please check the settings on your computer.
