Q: I downloaded your software but I can't get it to work.
I uninstalled my original installation, downloaded the software again and then re-installed but the problem remains.
EasyHTML5Video appears in Start -->Programs, but when I click the link nothing happens.
HELP!
A: Try to do the following:
Control panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> (Performance) Settings -> Data Execution Prevention.
Turn off DEP or add EasyHTML5Video in the exception list.
