Q: I have installed EasyHTML5Video correctly, but I have a problem that doesn't allow me to use it. When trying to open software, it does't run it.
I get the error: EasyHTML5Video has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem.
Any ideas?
A: Try to do the following:
Control panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> (Performance) Settings -> Data Execution Prevention.
Turn off DEP or add EasyHTML5Video in the exception list.
