Q: Just downloaded a free version of EasyHTML5Video app.
I have problems with converting video's. Your software give me an error message. It refers to dyid symbol not found.
Can you tell me what the problem is.
I use Mac OS v.10.5.8.
A: Notice that EasyHTML5Video works correctly with Mac OS 10.6+.
Unfortunately Apple decided to drop support for SDKs 10.4/10.5. Other components that are used in our product has a limited support of these SDKs too. So, it's a real problem to make EasyHTML5Video compatible with old versions of Mac OS.
Our developer team works on this problem. Possibly, new versions of EasyHTML5Video will have a limited support of Mac 10.5.8. Unfortunately, it's impossible to get a full compatibility because of Apple's restrictions.
