Mp4 to ogg video converter in Firefox browser

Q: I recently downloaded the "FREE" version of Easy HTML5 as recommended by my web developer. In order to test the HTML5 code, I FTP'd the entire file structure for the video I created...for the purposes of a simple intro for my business website. All the necessary steps were taken but the video failed to run. The Volusion Tech Support team determined that they were getting an error "*No video with supported format and MIME type found*" in Firefox browser. Why?

A: Firefox browser plays video in .webm format. So, make sure that you uploaded .webm file on your server.
